Material Innovation & Expertise

Deep dive into our premium material solutions engineered for global brands

PC Polycarbonate Material
PC (Polycarbonate)

High Transparency & Superior Impact Resistance

Boasting impact resistance that significantly outperforms standard plastics, Polycarbonate is thinner, lighter, and engineered to withstand rigorous daily wear. It is the premier choice for fast-fashion collections, children's eyewear, and active lifestyle lines where safety and durability are non-negotiable.

Metal (Stainless Steel & Monel)

Refined Aesthetics & Lasting Durability

Featuring advanced vacuum-ion plating for a superior, long-lasting finish, our stainless steel and Monel frames are tailored for polished business styles. These materials are a staple for sleek, professional eyewear designs that perfectly balance structural sturdiness with a refined, minimalist aesthetic.

TR90 Memory Polymer Material
TR90

Ultra-Lightweight Shape-Memory Polymer

Engineered with Swiss thermoplastic technology, TR90 is a hypoallergenic "memory polymer" that is incredibly flexible and resilient. It delivers maximum comfort and sports safety, featuring remarkable shape-retention that allows frames to return to their original form even after extreme pressure--ideal for active lifestyles and all-day wear.

Acetate

Hand-Polished Artistry & Premium Branding

Our cellulose acetate frames offer unmatched depth of color and endless design possibilities. We source world-class Mazzucchelli acetate, ensuring every frame meets the highest standards of luxury. Whether through custom patterns or high-quality ready-stocks, acetate remains the gold standard for premium eyewear branding.

Acetate Luxury Material
Titanium Premium Material
Titanium

The Pinnacle of High-Performance Luxury

As a medical-grade, high-performance material, titanium is exceptionally lightweight, hypoallergenic, and corrosion-resistant. It provides an "unweighted" feel for unparalleled all-day comfort, making it the top choice for luxury professional collections and bespoke high-end designs.

Wooden

Eco-Friendly Elegance & One-of-a-Kind Design

The ultimate sustainable solution, wooden frames are naturally hypoallergenic and exude a timeless, artisanal aesthetic. Because each piece of wood possesses its own distinct grain and texture, every individual frame is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece for brands looking to stand out.

How to Start Custom Sunglasses with Us

We know you're not just looking to "stick your logo on a frame." You're here because you want a pair of sunglasses that truly belongs to your brand. That's why we treat every custom project seriously--because we know you're building more than a product.

01

Let's Talk About Your Idea

Every client comes to us at a different stage. Some are new brand founders, others run retail chains. Some come with a reference photo, others already have a full design file. Wherever you are, we start with a conversation.

You can send us:

  • A sketch / sample / brand inspiration
  • Your preferred materials (acetate? metal? injection?)
  • Lens requirements (polarized, blue-light filter, gradient tint?)
  • Logo application method (laser? print? sticker?)
  • Your target quantity and price range

You don't need to have all the answers. We'll ask the right questions and help you shape your direction.

We Propose, Not Just Push Catalogs

Most factories will send you a catalog and wait for you to pick a model. But we work differently--we listen first, then recommend shapes, materials, and lenses based on your market and brand style.

If this is your first time customizing, we can suggest from our existing molds for faster turnaround. If you have a clear design concept, we'll move forward with structural drawings, material samples, and detailed visual confirmations.

We'll also be honest with you about production risks, like:

  • Temples that are too thin and might break
  • Designs with high mold costs due to complexity
  • Lens color transitions that are hard to control in mass production

You're the creator--we're the builder. We help turn your idea into something scalable and manufacturable.

03

Sample Making--Not "Let's Try," but "Let's Get It Right"

Sample production isn't just about seeing something physical--it's about getting the first version right.

We'll carefully produce all the confirmed details: materials, logo placement, lens curvature, screw color, even nose pad firmness.

Sampling time: 7-15 working days
Confirmation via: Real sample or HD photo/video
Revisions: Second-round optimization available

Sampling is not the end--it's the moment we confirm: we understood you, we nailed the craft, and we're heading in the right direction.

Formal quotation and contract preparation
04

Formal Quotation + Contract + Material Preparation

Once the sample is approved, we'll send a formal quotation and order contract. It will include:

  • Unit price (based on logo method, packaging, quantity)
  • MOQ (typically 300 pcs/style, with color-mix support)
  • Lead time (usually 25-35 days)
  • Payment terms (30% deposit, balance before shipment)
  • Mold ownership, reusability, and storage policies (if any)

Once signed, we schedule production and start material preparation. You'll know exactly when we begin cutting, assembling, and quality checking.

05

Production Execution + Multi-Stage Quality Checks

We're not the kind of factory that waits until the end to do QC. We run inspections throughout the process, including:

Incoming Materials
Acetate thickness, lens transmittance, metal part accuracy
Mid-Production
Logo clarity, screw tightness, temple alignment
Final Inspection
Wearing comfort, lens color consistency, nose pad fit
Packaging QC
Accessory completeness, labeling, consistency

After production, you can choose:

  • Video confirmation of random samples
  • Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV, etc.)
  • On-site inspection (if you're in China)
Multi-stage quality assurance process
Private label packaging and logistics coordination
06

Packaging + Shipping Coordination

We support full private label packaging: sunglasses cases, microfiber cloths, instruction cards, hang tags, barcode labels, and more. Just send us your brand assets--we'll take care of the rest.

We offer multiple shipping methods:

EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP (taxes & door-to-door if needed)
By air, sea, express courier, or rail freight
Full container / mixed container / small-batch consolidated

You'll receive:

  • Packing list, invoice, CO, and shipping docs
  • Photos of packed goods, packaging details, and box labeling for confirmation
07

After-Sales Follow-Up + Long-Term Support

A successful collaboration doesn't end with delivery.

We'll:

  • Follow up on your first sales batch
  • Offer design adjustments for restocking models
  • Help plan extended collections for new seasons
  • Retain molds and materials for returning clients
  • Provide seasonal industry trend reports (color, shapes, global benchmarks)
Ongoing support and partnership growth

If you're serious about creating sunglasses that truly represent your brand, we're serious about making that happen for you.

We're not the cheapest--but we'll tell you where you can cut cost, and where you shouldn't.

We're not the flashiest--but we'll show you exactly how your product gets made, step by step.
